Registration – individual lessons:

We are pleased that you have decided to enrol your child/ren for an individual lesson at the LIMU-Academy. The individual lessons can be booked in a package of a minimum of 4 lessons. Depending on your needs it is possible to book lessons lasting 60 or 90 minutes and can take place once or twice per week. After submitting the completed registration form, we will send you a message with suggested dates for the lessons. After deciding on the exact dates, we will send you a registration confirmation and the invoice, in which we ask you to transfer the stated fee for the individual lessons to the bank account listed below. Please transfer the fee within 3 working days after receiving the registration confirmation. If we have not received the payment after this time, we will send you a payment reminder.

We ask you to transfer the stated course fee to the bank account listed below in order to reserve your child’s spot in the class.  We can only guarantee their placement if the course fee is paid within 3 working days after receiving the registration confirmation. If we have not received the payment after this time, we will send you a payment reminder.

After transferring the fee, you will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail from the LIMU-Academy that your child/ren’s spot in the course is officially reserved!

 

Cancellations & refunds – individual lessons:

Once an individual lesson for your child/ren is settled, we count on their participation. If you still wish to cancel, you can do so up to 5 days before the lesson. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel after this 5-day cut off date, 25% of the course fee will be charged - exception in case of illness of your child. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the lesson, or in case of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount. Refunds will only be made in the form of catch-up lessons.

If a different instructor takes over an individual lesson, the classes will take place as planned and will not be refunded.

 

Rescheduling – individual lessons:

If you wish to reschedule an individual lesson, you can do so up to 5 days before that particular lesson. Unfortunately, we cannot consider short-term rescheduling.

 

Cancellations & refunds – course:

In case of cancellation, a handling fee of € 50,- will be retained in any case.

Once a spot is reserved for your child/ren, we count on their participation. If you still wish to cancel, you can do so up to 14 days before the start date of the course. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel after this 14-day cut off date, 25% of the course fee will be charged. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the course, or in case of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount.

If a different instructor takes over a course or a lesson, the course will take place as planned and will not be refunded.

 

Terms and conditions with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic:

If the federal government mandates that in-person courses may not take place, all courses and individual lessons will be held online. This does not entitle you to a refund of the course or individual lesson fee, nor is it possible to make up the lessons at a later date.
